DESCRIPTION:\nDetails\n\n\nWhether you're interested in getting into photog
 raphy\, thinking about buying a camera\, have a camera (but don't know wha
 t all the buttons and knobs do) or just fancy a refresher of the basics of
  photography\, this session is for you.\nThis session will be in the Engl
 ish language and will focus on digital photography.\nIn this three hour
  session you will learn about:\n\n\n 	Types of camera\, lenses and availab
 le accessories\n 	"Anatomy" of a modern digital camera\n 	Focal length and
  angle of view of a lens\n 	Aperture\n 	Depth of field\n 	Shutter speed\n 
 	Camera sensors and ISO sensitivity\n 	Sensor size and effective focal len
 gth\n 	Exposure\n 	Light metering\n 	Camera modes\n 	White balance\n 	File
  formats\n 	EXIF data\n 	Composition techniques\n 	My tips\, tricks\, typi
 cal settings and recommendations for various types of photography\n\nYou m
 ay wish to bring:\n\n\n 	Your camera (especially to practice or ask questi
 ons)\n 	Paper and pen to make notes (presentation will be provided electro
 nically)\n\nSome drinks and snacks will be provided.\nHow to find us\nWe w
 ill meet at the PICZ photo studio Limmatalstrasse 184\, 8049 Zurich-Höngg
  at 10am. This is close to Meierhofplatz which can be reached from Zurich 
 HB with Tram 13 (direction: Frankental)\, Bus 46 (direction: Rütihof)\, f
 rom Alstetten station with Bus 80 (direction: Oerlikon\, Bahnhof Nord) or 
 by car (parking in the Coop car park\, entrance on Regensdorferstrasse). T
 he entrance is on the west side of the building\, down some steps. There w
 ill be a doorbell button marked "PICZ".\nPrice\nThe price of the session i
 s CHF50\, payable in cash\, by TWINT or as a direct bank transfer. We have
  to cover the cost of studio rental\, refreshments and other incidental co
 sts\, so we may have to charge you even if you don't attend\, if you alrea
 dy signed up.\n\n
