In this workshops we will be taking a look at the work of Martin Schoeller and then work with some of his ideas of using props to enhance portraits.

We will take turns shooting and modelling ourselves. It will be a fun-packed workshop and your opportunity to be creative.

The workshop builds on the “studio introduction workshop” and uses simple lighting techniques that you can easily replicate.

Bring your own props if you have specific ideas, otherwise we will use what is available in the studio.

Camera and lens requirements: You need a lens that is between 50mm and 85mm (FF eq). Zoom lenses work too. You can also bring analog gear.
